Just Mayo by Hampton Creek Foods  No kidding, you will not believe this is not real mayo.  Although there are some serious contenders out there such as Veganaise, Just Mayo is the king of vegan mayonnaise!  A short list of ingredients and a very modest price, you will fall back in love with all of your dishes that used to include egg-based mayonnaise

Cheese Slices by Follow Your Heart  Also available in cheese blocks and shredded versions, these are so close to what you will remember of real cheese that you will do a double-take!  This cheese is perfect for your recipes or right out of the package.  Try them on sandwiches, Quesadilla, on top of casseroles, on tofu scrambles, you name it.  I have made many-a-grilled cheese with these too.  The texture, meltiness, and flavor are spot on!

Earth Balance – All Natural Spreads  Earth Balance makes an assortment of vegan goodies from vegan butters to crackers and mac and cheese kits.  By far, my favorite, is the vegan butters.  I always have a tub of the Herb and Garlic and the Original on hand.   They also have a soy garden and Olive Oil and Omega-3 and….you need to check out their website!  Earth Balance Website  I have been able to find their vegan butter at my local supermarket, so you need to hunt this stuff down and try it!
